Personality
Claire is a young woman who finds satisfaction in mocking those that she views as 'failures'. She is conceited, holds her family name above others, and generally has a distaste of lower-classes. This arrogant nature of hers is further fueled by her ability, as she dares those that she mocks to strike her. She is confident in her abilities to the point that she usually waves her bodyguards away to handle her own issues. 
When attempts to strike her fail, she breaks out into laughter, demonstrating the more sadistic side.
Although she views the 99% as beneath her, she carries a deep bond with her classmate Nanase.
Her disposition softens around the girl, and when in the presence of other notable families, she is more cordial.
