Personality
Blutweiss is regarded as both a mystery and bizarre young woman to those who encounter her. She normally speaks to herself and spouts cryptic messages that none have been able to properly decipher. When she isn't unnerving others with her speech, she is harmless and fixated on odd tasks. She often roams around, suddenly appearing in locations to assist those in need. The COM also appears to enjoy storing and replaying signals that her attachments capture.
